PARIS
DAYS 19 - 20 - 21
Our final destination of our amazing journey was the City of Love, Paris! Since the city is so large, we took a bus tour. We stopped by a beautiful park and walked to a magnificent garden.

Taking a train from our hotel to go to the platform to see the Eiffel Tower was worth it. The weather was perfect and the photos turned out wonderful. We then walked down the path to make it to our boat tour through the canal, timing it just right so the boat tour would end just as the dazzling lights of the Eiffel Tower were turned on.
On our bus tour we drove through the most expensive streets in Paris passing Lamborghini's and Ferrari's, we took a few trips around the Arc De Triomphe.

The Louvre was definitely exciting. Entering through a glass triangle to enter the most amazing and monumental museum. When we left, we were slightly confused on where we ended up, but once you exit and turn around you realize how far you just walked under ground!
At the end of this trip, I would like to give out a big thank you to our tour guide Dimitri. Without his love for history, I do not think this trip would have been the same without him. He was so knowledgeable and was always making sure everyone was having a good time, making us laugh with all of this jokes. I would love to have him again for our next tour!

I would also like to say thank you to our bus driver Richard. He was also very knowledgeable about the history in all of the cities we visited, and of course he was always the best dressed from our group. He was an amazing driver, I was never worried and could always sleep peacefully on the bus knowing we were in good hands.
We would like to give one more shoutout to Rick Steves who made this all possible. To give us a perfect route through Europe, the opportunity to make lasting friendships all over the U.S. and Canada, and leaving us with so many memories. Super excited to think about what the next Rick Steves tour holds for us!
